Please review our list of
items to donate and contribute to Rutgers’ effort to help the hungry.
Members of the Rutgers community can lend a hand to those struggling to afford food in New Jersey by participating in the Rutgers Against Hunger universitywide food drive. By donating canned goods and other nonperishable foods, you can help children, families, seniors, and other New Jersey residents struggling to cope with an economy in crisis and rising food prices. To donate, just look for the bins with the RAH name in buildings across the university from November 18 through December 23.
Your donations will go straight to organizations delivering food and other services to those in need. Rutgers' campuses in New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden will be partnering with food distribution centers in their regions to help replenish dwindling supplies of food.
If your building does not have a RAH bin and you would like one, please contact
